What is Founders Club?
Founders Club is a community of founders across the University of Pennsylvania who are actively building and testing their startups. We started out as a group of Wharton MBAs, but have since spread out across the university. The one common denominator is that we are all in the trenches building businesses. Founders Club is how we converge to learn together and support each other.
What does Founders Club do?
We host the Founders Club Listserv, which has a collective membership of 1,500+ alumni and current students. Members can post startup-related questions, opportunities and resources, and receive direct replies from other founders.
We organizes Founders Retreat, an annual event in the Poconos in January where we collectively take a break and focus on community while learning from awesome entrepreneurial alumni.
We host speakers and workshops. Our speaker series are highly tactical: after a short intro from the speaker, we go straight to Q&A so the founders in the audience can workshop their pain points and make the most of the time.
We host Founder's Dinner. An informal social networking event for founders to meet other like-minded people.
